Spring Detox Time!

March and April are good months to do an herbal detox. After the winter, the body needs to shed the toxins which accumulate through the dark cold months from heated unventilated tightly sealed living spaces to the more sedate living which these months bring, and all the comfort food we endulged in over the holidays and chilly winter days.
